The work consists of three parts: The queens cabinet opened: or, the pearl of practice; accurate, physical, and chirurgical receipts. -- The queens delight, or the art of preserving, conserving, and candying; as also a right knowledge of making perfumes, and distilling the most excellent waters. -- The compleat cook. Expertly prescribing the most ready wayes, whether, Italian, Spanish or French, for dressing of flesh, and fish, ordering of sauces, or making of pastry. 'The compleat cook' is dated 1659 and has imprint: London, printed for Nath. Brooke. Parts 2 and 3 have separate title-pages; part 3 has separate pagination.
