Prefatory letter "To the reader" signed: W.M. The work consists of 3 parts: 1. The Queens cabinet opened: or, the pearl of practice. Accurate, physical and chirurgical receipts. -- 2. A Queen's delight; or the art of preserving, conserving and candying. As also a right knowledge of making perfumes, and distilling the most excellent waters. -- 3. The compleat cook: expertly prescribing the most ready wayes, whether Italian, Spanish or French, for dressing of flesh and fish, ordering of sauces, or making of pastry. Parts 2 and 3 have separate title-pages and pagination.
