[Collector announcement]; four schoolgirls (aged 10-11) recorded in Quarry Street playground, Leeds, describe and give examples of singing and clapping games. Recorded on the 23 October 1973. [Tr. 1] [Collector announcement]; six schoolgirls (aged 7-12), recorded on the 25 October 1973 in an adventure playground on St. John's Wood Terrace in London; collector introduces the girls; all give examples of singing games, clapping games, songs and the rhyme 'The House that Jack Built'.
