[Tr. 4] Frank Lovatt, recorded in Yoxford in July 1959; talks about harvest time; cutting corn by hand, followed by a man binding; difficulties when the crop is laying; machinery and the time taken to harvest; labour shortage; wages as a young man; hours worked and wages during harvest time; first job on leaving school.
