[Side 2] Albert reflects on changes during lifetime incl. wages and cost of living, Albert discusses own wages before and after World War 1, reflects on reduction in farm labour and impact of mechanisation, lists typical team of farm workers in past, recalls pride in ploughing with horses, lists types of 'rick' [= stack] built locally, explains system of wages for piece work during harvest.
