[Side 2] Jack talks about farm workers' wages in past, reflects on mechanisation in farming compared with use of hook and crook in past, talks about own dairy farm, describes unpredictability of yield, discusses own garden and comments only uses fresh produce and avoids tinned food, stresses importance of growing according to season.
