[Side 2] Bertie talks about custom of families keeping pig in past, explains pigsty commonly built close to house, compares cost of keeping pig now and in past, describes stuffed 'chine' [= backbone and immediately adjoining flesh of bacon-pig] traditionally eaten at 'Digby Feast' [= annual village festival].
