Description
[Side 1] Arthur talks briefly about keeping pigs, lists animal mutations incl. hermaphrodites, pig with trunk and four-legged hen, mentions 'dillings' and 'harry pigs' [= runt, weakling of litter], recalls record pig litter and discusses problems with calving. [Side 2] Arthur recalls particularly difficult time with 'bob-tail calf' [= calf presenting tail first], explains techniques used in calving incl. use of ropes, describes first experience of difficult calving.
