[Side 1] Bob and William in conversation about different fish caught, incl. ray, cod, fluke and gurnard, discuss price of various fish, explain 'stocker' [= sum of money shared among crew], recall making 'knodden pudding' [= dish made with mashed potato, eggs, flour and bacon] on board. [Side 2] Bob and William describe 'knodden pudding' and other meals eaten on board, explain sharing of food on board, discuss role of 'maggies' [= shore-workers who unload fish from boat].
