Potholers
Description
Three young male potholers, equipped with helmets and ropes, standing in front of the entrance to an unidentified cavern [possibly near Castleton in Derbyshire]. Cavers and potholers use ropes made by Herbert Marrison, who works in the Peak Cavern at Castleton. Originally held in green slide cabinet, reference B97.
