Horse Dosing Iron

Description

Informant at the Vicarage, Danby (North Yorkshire) holding horse dosing iron used for holding the horse's mouth open found in Westerdale. The neck of a medicine bottle would be passed through the centre loop. Originally held in green slide cabinet, reference C87.
