Salmon Coble

Description

Salmon coble at Low Bells Shiel, on the River Tweed near West Ord (Northumberland). Nets have been laid onto the back of the coble, which is secured with rope while the fishermen wait for the tide. Originally held in green slide cabinet, reference A3.
