Cart Backboard
Description
Harry Taylor in his workshop in Leeds, with the backboard of a rag-and-bone cart painted by him, with the name of Peter Cannon of Mirfield. The cart is richly painted in gold and dark red. The decoration includes scroll motifs and a pony/horse's head. Slide 18 in a series of 19. Originally held in green slide cabinet, reference C49.
