Timber Barn

Description

Timber barn and cowshed in Varmland (Sweden). The barn is built on a slope with a cart road leading up to the entrance. It was probably built around 1700 and is thought to be Norwegian influenced. The placename of the village at which the barn is located is recorded in the Slide Index as Sucka, but this location cannot be found in Swedish gazetteers. Originally held in green slide cabinet, reference A98.
