Stabbur/Store House

Description

Wooden stabbur or loft house/storehouse at the Norsk Folkemuseum (Norwegian Folk Museum) in Bygdøy, Oslo. A note in the slide index states that the building contained a flour bin, a salt tub with pickled pork, haunches of meat hung upstairs, and bedding. Originally held in green slide cabinet, reference A80.
