Description
Decorative 19th century chromolithographed trade card of J. de Witt, with trader details in elaborate metalware frame in centre of card. Trader details in a variety of typefaces with decorative flourishes. Enamelled card or carte porcelaine with two tone coloured inks in reds, blues and oranges. Some damage on reverse where previous mount has been removed. French transcription: J. DE WITT. Ébéniste 5, Quai des Augustines ANVERS. Lith. de F. & E. Gyselynck, Gant. English translation: J.
