Enamelled card or carte porcelaine. French transcription: F. DE NEEF, Vitrier, Peintre décorateur & de Batimens, Rue d'Ackerghem No 10. A GAND. L G. Jacqmain à Gand. English translation: Glazier, Painter decorator and of houses. No 10, Rue d'Ackerghem, Ghent. Lithography by G. Jacqmain of Ghent.
