Description

Highly pictorial 19th century chromolithographed trade card of J. G. Heynderickx with elaborate floral and leafwork embellishments including face with floral fringe at bottom centre of card. Image of two chairs at either side of a cabinet and mirror at top of card. Trader details in a variety of typefaces with decorative flourishes. Enamelled card or carte porcelaine with two tone coloured inks in pinks and oranges. French transcription: J. G. HEYNDERICKX, ÉBÉNISTE Rue neuve St Jacque No 4 GAND. Lith de F. Mertens Fils.
