Elaborate 19th century engraved trade card of W. H. Thomas, bearing the coat of arms of the Second French Empire of Napoleon III. Trader details on scrolls of various designs. Hatched background with beaded frame. Remains of previous brown paper mount and glue present on reverse. Transcription: W. H. THOMAS LATE GREGORY.
