This file contains a photocopy of a typed statement of personnel of the Detroit Dialect Society, Michigan State University (undated); and two copies of the Society's Progress Report, 1 April 1966, written by the Director, Roger W. Shuy, outlining a research and fieldwork programme aimed at an investigation of Detroit speech funded by the U.S. Office of Education.
