Humber Place Names
Description
1 sheet of tracing paper, with ms. maps of the Upper, Middle, and Lower Humber, with placenames marked. An ms. note in pencil at the lower edge of the sheet gives Harold Orton's name and address at the University of Leeds' Department of English Language. The sheet is labelled 24 in the upper right hand corner, and perhaps came from a series of maps. The map author is unidentified other than the intials A.L.B.
