Highly pictorial 19th century engraved trade card of J. Chaplin. Trader details inscribed on oval panel surrounded by drapery and foliage with cabinet and chaise longue in background. Trader details in a variety of typefaces with decorative flourishes. Remains of previous grey paper mount and glue present on reverse. Transcription: J. Chaplin Cabinet Maker & Upholfterer [Upholsterer] Paper Hanger & Carpet Warehoufe [Warehouse] opposite the Three Tuns Tiverton
