Manuscript pencil note on reverse 'c.1840 £5' Transcription: FUNERALS CONDUCTED ON THE MOST ECONOMIC PRINCIPLES. J. W & E. TRIGGS, CABINET MAKERS, UPHOLSTERERS, Bedstead, Mattrafs [Mattress] & Feather Bed Manufacturers, 20 HIGH ST SOUTHAMPTON. NEXT DOOR TO THE HAMPSHIRE BANK. Needlework carefully mounted.
