Henry Burston
Description
Copy of a photograph taken in the early 20th century of Henry Burston of Horsham (Sussex). Mr. Burston was a cobbler, but was also noted as a bellringer and singer, as indicated in the sign next to him in the photograph. He claims to have been able to sing 420 songs from memory. Mounted on Photo File card with LAVC/PHO/P1723. With ms. notes. Originally held in Photo File: Community Life.
