Barn Door, Conistone

Description

Board-mounted photograph of the door of a 17th-century stone barn in Conistone ( Wharfedale). The lintel above the door is carved with the date 1697 and initials I.T. A horseshoe is hung on the wooden door. This photograph is held with other mounted prints of Yorkshire vernacular architecture, at LAVC/ARC/3/7.
