Description
This file contains 14 photocopied plates showing diagrams, tables and maps of and relating to objects with runic inscriptions. These comprise figures of the Ruthwell Cross, the Bewcastle Cross, the Franks Casket, St. Cuthbert's Coffin, tombstones and cross fragments from various United Kingdom locations, artefacts with runic inscriptions including rings, combs and mounts, and the Mortain Chrismale. The file also includes tables showing runic futhorcs and English inscriptional runes, and a map showing the locations of runic objects in England. Arranged in plate number order.
