Description

A collection of recipes Pp.1-192 numbered, followed by 25 unnumbered pages, 67 blank pages, 1 unnumbered page, pp.193-224, pp.79-80 being omitted in the numeration. Written in a small sloping hand. On a blank leaf at the beginning, in a different hand from the text, are the words, 'Antonius Ricettius ? gastronomicus'. Printed recipe pasted on back end-paper. Parchment binding, lettered in ink 'Istruzione per la Cucina'.
