Description
The border shows Christ raising his hand in blessing in the middle of a group of people and angels who kneel in adoration. Christ is holding a tall cross with a pennant. To the right, beside the gold-painted initial 'G', a figure, probably the Virgin Mary, is kneeling and blessing with her hands raised. She is surrounded by golden rays.
