Caring for the Sick (fol. 54v)
Description
The border is historiated with a man, presumably a doctor, sitting by a bed and holding out a white bottle. Two patients lie in their beds wearing white caps. The border is decorated with heartsease, and the initial 'G', composed of acanthus foliage, is inhabited by two putti and a rose. Context: Hours of the Holy Spirit: Te vesper tijt: God wilt dencken
