Description
Pictorial 19th century engraved trade card of Alexander Shearer with hand coloured images of blue umbrellas at either side of a stack of three trunks. Street number in circular frame. Trader details in a variety of typefaces with decorative flourishes. Some damage on reverse where previous mount has been removed. Transcription: ALEXR [ALEXANDER]. SHEARER.
