Felix Austin trade card

Description

Pictorial 19th century engraved trade card of Felix Austin with large image filling card depicting artificial stone bowl with clawed feet on plinth. Trader details inscribed on bowl and winged figures carved into each side. Some damage on reverse where previous mount has been removed. Transcription: ARTIFICIAL STONE ORNAMENTS MANUFACTURED BY FELIX AUSTIN. NO.S 1 & 3, NEW ROAD, NEAR THE DIORAMA. Henry Sawyer, sc[ulpt]. 17 Church St, Soho.
