Elaborate late 18th century engraved trade card of Baker & Co. on mount, with Royal Coat of Arms of the United Kingdom and motto 'Dieu et mon droit' at top of card. Crests of Prince of Wales and Duke of York at either side. Trader details in a variety of typefaces with decorative flourishes within ornamental floral framework. Manuscript note in pencil '1798'. Transcription: VENETIAN BLINDS & PLATE GLASS FOR CARRIAGES. BAKER & CO. TRUNK & PLATE CASE MAKERS, To their Majesties, and their Royal Highnefses [Highnesses] the PRINCE of WALES & DUKE of YORK.
