Sheep washing on Outgang Beck at Thornton Rust ( Wensleydale). View from inside the fold of a farmer standing in the washpool to hold a sheep. He appears to be lifting the sheep by the horns. One of a strip of six contact prints. The contact prints of sheep washing on Outgang Beck were not originally held in the Photo File with the mounted sheep washing prints.
