Description
Sheep washing on Outgang Beck at Thornton Rust ( Wensleydale). Farmer, wet after having climbed out of the washpool, taking a nip of spirits to warm up. Stone sheep fold and washpool visible in the background. One of a strip of five contact prints. The contact prints of sheep washing on Outgang Beck were not originally held in the Photo File with the mounted sheep washing prints.
