Smelting Mill Bellows
Description
Early bellows used in a smelting mill which was originally driven by water power. The bellows were found at the Old Gang Smelting Mill, Hard Level Gill ( Swaledale). However, they were not used here, but by people looking for minerals in the tippings in more recent times. Mounted on Photo File card.
