Description
Shaft into the Hard Level, Old Gang Mines ( Swaledale). The lead ore from the Victoria Level was carried along the lines and lowered down the Hard Level shaft, and from there carried to the Old Gang Smelting Mill. Mounted on Photo File card with LAVC/PHO/P0879 and LAVC/PHO/P0881. With ms. note. Originally held in Photo File: Mining.
