Iron cheese-cutter, used for cutting curd during cheesemaking, in the Vicarage at Danby (North Yorkshire). The cutter has a wooden handle, which is not original. Mounted on Photo File card. With ms. note. Ms. catalogue details in the hand of Wille Brunk. Originally held in Photo File: Cheesemaking.
