Pig Scraping
Description
Three male members of the Peacock family (butchers) scraping a pig outside, Muker ( Swaledale). The pig carcass is placed on a pig stool ready for scraping. Mounted on Photo File card with LAVC/PHO/P0589. With ms. notes based on information supplied by the Peacock brothers. Originally held in Photo File: Care and Management of Livestock.
