Pig Scraper
Description
Pig scraper, used for scraping the skin of pigs after slaughter, Leyburn ( Wensleydale). Mounted on Photo File card with LAVC/PHO/P0587. With ms. notes and catalogue details in the hand of Werner Kissling. Notes based on information supplied by John Lynas (possibly same as Jack Lynas) of Holgate Farm. Originally held in Photo File: Care and Management of Livestock.
