Description
The dove of the Holy Ghost descends upon the Virgin, seated in the centre of the apostles, who are assembled around her. The Virgin and one of the Apostles (St John?) are holding books. Rays, painted in red, descend from the dove. Context: Breviary offices: Pentecost: Non vos relinquam orphanos
