Floral border (fol. 118v)
Description
Rinceau border in the upper and lower borders with pimpernels, acanthus leaves, barbed quatrefoils and trefoils, red berries, a trumpet flower, a daisy head, a thistle, and black hairline tendrils with gold balls, ivy leaves and pine cones. Column bar-frame border in rose/blue and gold. 4-line initial in pink with white penwork ornamentation, infilled with curved vine in a heart shape, on a gold ground.
