The Calvert Manuscript
Description
Photocopy of a manuscript compiled by George Calvert of Kirkby Moorside, and completed by his son, Alfred Calvert, for Sir Martin Stapleton. The original manuscript (dated 1823) consists of a collection of notes on the folklore of the North Riding of Yorkshire (106 pp.).
