St. George and the Dragon (fol. 151v)
Description
St. George on horseback, dressed in armour (St. George's cross decorates his shield), brandishes his sword. His lance lies broken on the ground and pierced through the neck of the dragon. The princess behind him kneels by the lamb and prays. The king and queen look on from the castle in the background. Context: Suffrages: Saint George
