Grotesques (fol. 14v)
Description
The historiated border includes three grotesques: a green bird with a head of a bearded old man wearing a hat and a collar; a lion with a man's head clad in a hood, man's for- legs clad in socks, and red wings; and a young boy with a lion's lower body carrying a large white sack over his head.
