Salmon Fishing: Hauling a Shot
Description
Four men hauling a shot on the River Tweed at Low Bells Shiel, near West Ord (Northumberland). The ends of the net are on the landing. Two of the crew are situated by the rowtree, or winch, whilst the other two haul the net by hand. Mounted on Photo File card. With typed note. Originally held in Photo File: Salmon Fishing.
