Description
King David kneels in prayer in a private chamber, his harp lying beside him. God the Father appears to him in a window. In the background is a depiction of David slaying Goliath. The border is decorated with a bird, a snail, a butterfly and flowers. Context: Penitential psalms: Psalm 6: Domine ne in furore
