Oatcake Making: Trolley
Description
Mr. Leslie Feather transferring a circle of oatcake dough from a riddle board onto a trolley, in his shop, Haworth (West Yorkshire). The trolley is an iron rectangle sitting on four wheels, holding a canvas belt. Mr. Feather rotates the riddling board in order to transfer the dough onto the trolley canvas.
