This file contains papers relating to the folk music group Staverton Bridge, a professional trio of folklorists/musicians ( Tish Stubbs, Paul Wilsonand Sam Richards) specialising in the performance of traditional English songs and music. The file includes a copy of a typed paper giving details of the group and its work; a copy of a typed appendix on the group; a printed circular on the work of the group, with contact details; a copy of a typed programme for the Staverton Bridge Folk Theatre's production of 'Thieve's Honour: A Gallery of Popular Outlaws'; photocopies of a review of 'Thieves Honour' and 'Giants at Play'; a photocopy of the front page of the 'South Devon Entertainments Guide' (25 August - 3 September 1972) featuring Staverton Bridge Folk Theatre; a copy of typed details on the South Devon Folk Workshop; and a souvenir programme for the Dartington Hall Son et Lumiere (8-26 July 1975), including information on Staverton Bridge and their notes on the songs to be performed.
