This file largely contains papers produced by Ian Finlay, founder of the Footwear Collectors' Society, on the subject of collecting footwear. This includes a photocopy of an article on Finlay, forming part of 'The Collectors' series in the 'Daily Telegraph' (16 November(?) 1972); a photocopy of Finlay's typed paper, 'Collecting Footwear' (4 leaves); and photocopies of volumes 1 and 2 of the 'Journal of the Footwear Collectors' Society', ed. by Finlay (1974-1975).
