Dwelling House at Spennithorne
Description
Stone dwelling house at Spennithorne ( Wensleydale), with large stone chimney projecting from the wall. An ms. note in Werner Kissling's hand suggests that the chimney may have been added to the house to safeguard against a thatched roof catching fire. Mounted on Photo File card with LAVC/PHO/P0338. Ms. catalogue details in Kissling's hand. Originally held in Photo File: The Dwelling House.
